TMC429+TMC24X-EVAL Description
A miniature stepper motor controller with an industry-leading feature set is the TMC429. Through the SPI or Step/Direction interface, it can control up to three motors. With 2-phase stepper motors, the SPI interface offers a configurable 6 bit microstep table (64 steps per fullstep). It completes all real-time crucial duties autonomously based on target positions and velocities, which can be changed on the fly. High level control features are provided by the TMC429 for stable and dependable operation. It is possible to communicate with the microcontroller and up to three daisy-chained stepper motor drivers via two distinct 4 wire serial peripheral interfaces.
