TC75S54F,LF Overview
There is a SC-74A, SOT-753 case package that contains the instrumentation amplifiers. A General Purpose-type buffer amplifier is shown here. It comes in a Tape & Reel (TR) case, which protects instrumentation amplifier from damage during delivery. With regards to the offset voltage of the input, buffer amplifier is rated at 2mV.
