TB67H451FNG,EL developed by Toshiba Semiconductor and Storage is a type of brushed DC motor driver integrating dual current control cores and dual full-bridge power stages to drive two brushed DC motors. It is available in a space-saving, thermally enhanced package, providing optimized ready-to-use solutions for motors and motion control systems of various rated voltage and current ranges. A suite of error detection functions is provided, including Thermal shutdown (TSD), over-current detection (ISD), and Under-voltage lockout(UVLO).
