74HC393D Overview
This device is supplied in the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. The 2elements are connected by wires. Cut Tape (CT)is used to package it. Having been designed as a member of the 74HCseries, it is well suited to a variety of applications. Binary Counteris adopted as the logic type. It is recommended that the operating temperature be set to -40°C~85°C. The mounting type is Surface Mount. When the supply voltage is set to [0], it is able to operate with greater reliability. There are 4bits stored in each element of the array.
