TMPN3120FE3MI Overview
The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in SOP. 20MHz is the frequency of the CPU. 32 pin functions are described in the datasheets. Data transfer has 8b bandwidths. Temperatures above 85°C should not allow the embedded microprocessor to operate. In many applications, this CPU is mounted with a Surface Mount bus. Ideally, the CPU will operate at 20MHz MHz. Micro processors can be used from 5V. A voltage higher than 5.5V shouldn't be used in a normal situation. It is recommended that the lowest voltage be fed to the micro processor is 4.5V.
