TMP87P808M Overview
Packaged in a SOP format, this MCU is available in a compact size. There are 22 I/Os on the Microcontroller. This is a MICROCONTROLLER uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC. During the manufacturing process, 28 terminations were applied to the IC chip. 8-bits are used in Microcontroller. The MCU chip's supply output is 5V volts. Currently, MCU chip has NO DMA channels. 8kB memory size belongs to the Chip part. There are NO PWM channels on the device. The clock has 2 timers/counters to keep track of the time. 28 pins are counted on this board. This device is embedded with a TLCS-870 processor family, which is a powerful and efficient CPU. There is a ROM memory feature on this equipment. A total of 22 programmable I/Os are available on this board.
