XC9301A603MR-G Overview
As a result of SC-74A, SOT-753 compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. Fixed dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. 2V~10V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Qualified to work in a -40°C~85°C dc switcher. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 300kHz. dc dc regulator can be generalized using Surface Mount. Enable is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. It belongs to the XC9301 series of dc to dc voltage regulator.
