XC9301A402MR-G Overview
In the SC-74A, SOT-753 package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. With this function, you can deal with Fixed dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 2V~10V volts and has 2V~10V supply voltage. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~85°C. It can switch at 180kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Enable is included in the dcdc regulator. The dc to dc voltage regulator is from the XC9301 series.
