XC9301A283MR-G Overview
The switching controller fits in the SC-74A, SOT-753 package and is ideal for most applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. It is capable of handling Fixed dc switching's outputs (s). A 2V~10V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Suitable for work in a -40°C~85°C dc switcher. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 300kHz position. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. DCDC regulator is controlled efficiently by Enable. It belongs to the dc to dc voltage regulator series XC9301.
