XC9301A263MR-G Overview
As a result of SC-74A, SOT-753 compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. It is capable of handling Fixed dc switching's outputs (s). A 2V~10V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~85°C. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 300kHz position. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. Switching control is made easier with the dcdc regulator's Enable. It belongs to the dc to dc voltage regulator series XC9301.
