XC9272B08B4R-G Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 6-XFDFN Exposed Pad package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~85°C TA when operating. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 0.85V. As a result of the 50mA output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 6V.
