XC9265D22BMR-G Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 5 terminations. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. Voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 3.6V to meet the operation requirements. At 2.25V volts, voltage regulator can provide voltage. There should be no temperature above or below 85°C at which the DC DC switching regulator's maximum operating temperature can be reached. DC DC switching regulator's operating temperatures should exceed -40°C at all times. Input voltages with maximum values of DC DC switching regulator's 6V can be permitted using an innovative technique. It is provided with a dc to dc voltage regulator's voltage input (Min) for 2V.
