XC9265D16BMR-G Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. A voltage regulator consists of 5 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. An input voltage of 3.6V is required to meet the requirements of the switching regulator operation. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage is maintain at 1.65V. If 85°C is less than or equal to the maximum operating temperature, then voltage regulator 12v must be lowered. DC DC switching regulator's operating temperatures should exceed -40°C at all times. A unique technique permits DC DC switching regulator's input voltages with maximum 6V values. The dc to dc voltage regulator's input voltage (Min) of 2V is provided.
