XC9265C38BMR-G Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. A voltage regulator consists of 5 terminations. The type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with is SWITCHING REGULATOR. In order to meet the operation requirements,voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 3.6V. Voltage of voltage regulator can be delivered at 3.85V volts. There should be a voltage regulator's maximum operating temperature of 85°C or less. DC DC switching regulator's operating temperatures must exceed -40°C. Using a unique technique, it is possible to permit the dc to dc voltage regulator's maximum input voltage. The dc to dc voltage regulator's input voltage (Min) of 2V is provided.
