XC9265C31BMR-G Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 5 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. An input voltage of 3.6V is required to meet the requirements of the switching regulator operation. A voltage of 3.15V volts can be generated by DC DC switching regulator. There should be a voltage regulator's maximum operating temperature of 85°C or less. It is recommended that the minimum operating temperature of voltage regulator 12v exceeds -40°C. DC DC switching regulator's input voltage with the maximal value of 6V can be permitted on the basis of a unique technique. The switching regulator allows an input voltage of 2V as a minimum.
