XC9265B261MR-G Overview
As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. There are 5 terminations in this voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. In order to meet the operation requirements,voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 3.6V. A voltage of 2.6V volts can be produced by voltage regulator. 85°C is the DC DC switching regulator's maximum operating temperature. There should be a temperature difference between -40°C and the DC DC switching regulator's minimal operating temperature. On the basis of a unique technique, it is possible to allow input voltages with the dc to dc voltage regulator's maximum value of 6V. The dc to dc voltage regulator's input voltage (Min) of 2V is provided.
