XC9265B241MR-G Overview
This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. There are 5 terminations in this voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. An input voltage of 3.6V is required to meet the requirements of the switching regulator operation. A voltage of 2.4V volts can be generated by DC DC switching regulator. The maximal operating temperature of voltage regulator should be less than or equal to 85°C. It is recommended that the minimum operating temperature of voltage regulator 12v exceeds -40°C. DC DC switching regulator's input voltage with the maximal value of 6V can be permitted on the basis of a unique technique. The switching regulator allows an input voltage of 2V as a minimum.
