XC9265B1314R-G Overview
There is an optimized performance in this voltage regulator because it utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, 6 terminations are present. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. An input voltage of 3.6V is required to meet the requirements of the switching regulator operation. Voltage of voltage regulator can be delivered at 1.3V volts. There should be no temperature above or below 85°C at which the DC DC switching regulator's maximum operating temperature can be reached. DC DC switching regulator's operating temperatures should be higher than -40°C. With the help of a unique technique, the input voltage can be permitted to reach DC DC switching regulator's maximum value. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2V is permitted by this switching regulator.
