XC9265A301MR-G Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 5 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a SC-74A, SOT-753 package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 2V as an input voltage. Featuring a 200mA output current, dc to dc voltage regulator offers maximum design flexibility. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 6V. In order to meet the operation requirements,voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 3.6V. The voltage DC DC switching regulator can produce is 3V volts. This voltage regulator 12v should be configured with an output voltage that is at least 3V.
