XC9265A10BMR-G Overview
It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 5 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 3.6V is provided. A voltage of 1.05V volts can be generated by DC DC switching regulator. 85°C is the DC DC switching regulator's maximum operating temperature. Temperatures below -40°C should not be tolerated during switching regulator operation. Input voltages with maximum values of DC DC switching regulator's 6V can be permitted using an innovative technique. The dc to dc voltage regulator's input voltage (Min) of 2V is provided.
