XC6121D348ER-G Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of 6-UFDFN Exposed Pad functions. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Watchdog Circuit products as well. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. Surface Mount mounts power management on the wall. The recommended mounting type for IC management is Surface Mount. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage.
