XC6118N16AMR-G Overview

It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. The power management can work with a maximum supply temperature of 1.8μA.
