V62/07611-01XE Overview
Logical driver uses a neat SOIC package. 20 terminations with different functions. Buffer IC reuqires a supply voltage of 5V. 20 pins are set with the electric part. Logical driver has 20 pins. It is recommended to use a 5V power supply. To run the part safely and stably in a circuit, 5V recommends users apply 5V on the logical driver. Voltage buffer is capable of operating under temperature as low as -55°C. Digital buffer should operate with ambient temperature no higher than 125°C. Buffer IC can be categorized in the LINE DRIVER interface IC. This buffer driver has 4 bits capability. Speaking of receivers, this voltage buffer has 4, which is reasonable for its cost.
