The Texas Instruments ULN2003AD Transistors - Bipolar (BJT) - Arrays are a high voltage and current Darlington transistor array. This device is designed to provide high voltage and current switching capabilities for a variety of applications. It Features seven Darlington pairs with common emitters and a Darlington output stage. The ULN2003AD is capable of driving up to 500mA per channel and can withstand up to 50V of reverse voltage.
