UC2903QTR Overview
It is mounted through 20 terminals on the power management. It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR). In this IC power you will find 1 functions for you to refer to. It is possible to find on this power management a series of 4 channels. As a reference, this IC power includes 20-LCC (J-Lead) functions for your convenience. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. There is a voltage supply of 15V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Power ics operate at 4 supply voltages. Surface Mount is the one that mounts power management. The power management system can be categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. Taking into account all of the pins, this power management has a total of 20. There are 20 pins on the power managment ic. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 8V. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 40V volts. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. There is an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector from this supervisor when it is operating. The supply current of the power management is 7mA. If you want to search for similar IC managements of this manufacturer, you can always refer to UC2903, which is the base power ics number.
