UA79M12CKC Description


This line of integrated circuit voltage regulators with fixed negative voltage is intended to work in conjunction with the A78M00 series in a variety of applications. Among these uses is on-card regulation, which reduces noise and the distribution issues brought on by single-point regulation. These regulators each have an output current capacity of 500 mA. These regulators are essentially impervious to overload because of their inbuilt current-limiting and thermal-shutdown features. These components can be utilized as precision regulators' power-pass components as well as fixed-voltage regulators, obtaining adjustable output voltages and currents by combining them with external components.
