UA78M09CKC is a type of fixed-negative-voltage integrated-circuit voltage regulator. It is specifically designed for on-card regulation for the elimination of noise and distribution problems associated with single-point regulation. It is immune to overload based on the internal current-limiting and thermal-shutdown features. The UA78M09CKC fixed-voltage regulator can also be used with external components to obtain adjustable output voltages and currents and can be used as the power-pass element in precision regulators.
