TVS3300DRVR Description
To safeguard systems from strong power transients or lightning strikes, the TVS3300 reliably shunts up to 35 A of IEC 61000-4-5 fault current. The product provides a remedy for the typical industrial signal line EMC requirement to withstand up to 1 kV IEC 61000-4- 5 open circuit voltage connected over a 42 impedance. In order to provide precise flat clamping during a malfunction and keep system exposure below 40 V, the TVS3300 employs a special feedback mechanism. In order to reduce system costs and complexity without compromising robustness, designers can securely choose system components with a lower voltage tolerance thanks to the tight voltage regulation.
