TPS7A6601QDGNRQ1 are low dropout linear regulators suitable for Vin operations up to 40 V. Their no-load static current is only 12 microamperes, making them very suitable for standby microprocessor control unit systems, especially in automotive applications. These devices have integrated short circuit and overcurrent protection functions. The device performs a reset delay when it is powered on to indicate that the output voltage is stable and in adjustment. Delays can be programmed using external capacitors. The low voltage tracking function allows for smaller input capacitance and may eliminate the need for a boost converter under cold crank conditions. These devices operate in the temperature range of-40 °C to 125 °C. TPS7A6650EDGNRQ1 devices comply with AEC-Q100 Class 0 and operate at temperatures ranging from-40 °C to 150 °C. These functions are very suitable for power devices in a variety of automotive applications.
