TPS7A4501DCQT Description
The TPS7A4501DCQT is a low-dropout single-output linear regulator with a fast transient response. With a dropout voltage of 300mV, the device can deliver 1.5A of output current. The operating quiescent current is 1mA, and in shutdown, it drops to less than 1A. Quiescent current is well-controlled, and unlike many other regulators, it does not climb in dropout. The TPS7A4501 regulator offers a low output noise and fast transient response, making it excellent for sensitive RF supply applications. The output voltage ranges between 1.21 and 20V.
