TPS7A3001DGNR Description
TPS7A30 series devices are negative voltage, high voltage (- 35V), ultra-low noise (151uVRms, 72dBPSRR linear regulator), can provide up to 200mA load.These linear regulators include an enable pin and capacitor programmable soft-start function compatible with the CMOS logic level, allowing customized power management solutions. Other features include built-in current limits and thermal shutdown protection to protect equipment and systems in the event of failure.The TPS7A30 series is designed with bipolar technology and is ideal for high-precision, high-precision instrumentation applications, in which clean voltage rails are essential to maximize system performance. This design makes the device ideal for supplying power to operational amplifiers, analog-to-digital converters (ADC), digital-to-analog converters (DAC) and other high-performance analog circuits.
