TPS79301DBVTG4 Description
The TPS793 family of low-dropout (LDO) low-power linear voltage regulators comes in NanoStarTM wafer chip scale and SOT23 packages and offers high power-supply rejection ratio (PSRR), ultralow-noise, fast start-up, and outstanding line and load transient responses. These devices are perfect for portable applications, such as handsets and PDAs, thanks to NanoStar packaging's ultrasmall footprint, ultralow profile, and package weight. Each member of the family has a modest, 2.2-F ceramic capacitor on the output, making them all stable. The TPS793 series produces extremely low dropout voltages (such 112 mV at 200 mA, TPS79330) using a cutting-edge, proprietary BiCMOS production technique.
