TPS78625KTTRG3 Description
The TPS786 family of low-dropout (LDO) low-power linear voltage regulators comes in tiny shape, SOT223-6 and DDPAK-5 packages and offers high power-supply rejection ratio (PSRR), ultralow noise, quick startup, and outstanding line and load transient responses. Each stable member of the family has a tiny 1-F ceramic capacitor on the output. The family produces extremely low dropout voltages with the use of a sophisticated, exclusive BiCMOS production technique (for example, 390 mV at 1.5 A). Each device has quick start-up times (about 50 s with a 0.001-F bypass capacitor) and typically uses only 265 A of quiescent current. Additionally, the supply current is decreased to less than 1 A when the device is switched to standby mode.
