TPS77227DGKG4 Description
Low-dropout regulators with integrated power-on reset and power good (PG) functions are the TPS771xx and TPS772xx. These devices (TPS77133, TPS77233) can deliver 150 mA of output current with a 115 mV dropout. Quiescent current is 92 A at maximum load and drops to 1 A when the gadget is turned off.
These devices are designed to operate reliably with a variety of output capacitors, including tantalum capacitors with low capacitance (1 F) and ceramic capacitors with low ESR (10 F). These devices operate at extremely low noise levels (55 Vrms) without the addition of any filter capacitors. The TPS771xx and TPS772xx are built to respond quickly to bigger load current changes.
