TPS77133DGKG4 Description
Devices with integrated power-on reset and power good (PG) functionality are low-dropout regulators called TPS77133DGKG4. These components can deliver 150 mA of output current with a 115 mV dropout. Quiescent current is 92 A at maximum load and drops to 1 A when the gadget is turned off. These devices are designed to operate reliably with a variety of output capacitors, including tantalum capacitors with low capacitance (1 F) and ceramic capacitors with low ESR (10 F).
