The low dropout voltage, ultralow power operation, and miniature packaging of the TPS770xx family of low-dropout (LDO) voltage regulators are advantages. Compared to traditional LDO regulators, these regulators have extremely low quiescent current and low dropout voltages. The TPS770xx series devices are available in a 5-terminal tiny outline integrated-circuit SOT-23 package, making them perfect for micropower operations and situations where board space is at a premium.
