TPS75133QPWPG4 Description
Low-dropout regulators with integrated power-on reset and power-good (PG) functionalities are the TPS753xxQ and TPS751xxQ devices. These components can deliver 1.5 A of output current with a 160 mV dropout (TPS75133Q, TPS75333Q). At full load, quiescent current is 75 A and reduces to 1 A when the device is turned off. These devices are made to respond quickly to bigger load current variations during transients.
