TPS73HD325PWPRG4 is a type of dual voltage regulator designed primarily for DSP applications, which operates over a free-air temperature range of ?40°C to 125°C. It offers very low dropout voltages and dual outputs in 28-pin PowerPAD TSSOP package. It can be used in any mixed-output voltage application with each regulator supporting up to 750 mA. Maximum power usage in battery-powered applications can be assured based on low quiescent current and very low dropout voltage.
