TPS73701DRVR Description


In a voltage-follower design, the TPS73701DRVR family of linear low-dropout (LDO) voltage regulators uses an NMOS pass element. The output capacitor value and ESR are generally unaffected by this design, allowing for a wide range of load combinations. Even with a modest 1-F ceramic output capacitor, load transient responsiveness is outstanding. In addition, the NMOS topology provides for very minimal dropout.
