TPS7301QPE4 Description


The TPS730 family of low-dropout (LDO) low-power linear voltage regulators comes in a compact SOT-23 package and offers outstanding line and load transient responses, high power-supply rejection ratio (PSRR), low noise, quick startup, and rapid start-up. For portable applications like handsets and PDAs, NanoStar packaging offers an ultrasmall footprint, ultralow profile, and package weight. Each member of the family has a modest, 2.2-F ceramic capacitor on the output, making them all stable. Low dropout voltages are produced by the TPS730 family using a sophisticated, exclusive BiCMOS fabrication technique (for example, 120 mV at 200 mA, TPS73030).
