TPS715345DCKRG4 Description
The TPS715 low-dropout (LDO) linear voltageregulators are low quiescent current devices that offer the benefits of a wide input voltage range andlow-power operation in miniaturized packaging. Thelow dropout voltage and low quiescent current ofthe TPS715 allows operation at extremely low powerlevels. Thus, the TPS715 is designed for batterypowered applications and as a power managementattachment to low-power microcontrollers.
