This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 5 terminations. A SWITCHING REGULATOR analog IC is used in this voltage regulator 12v, which is the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with. Space-saving SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Fixed output. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~85°C TA, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 1.25MHz. Regulator 2.5V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 2.5V. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 2.3V.
