TPS613223ADBVT Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. In this voltage regulator, there are 5 terminations. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the SC-74A, SOT-753 package. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~125°C TJ. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 500kHz~2MHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 0.9V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 1.2A output current. Voltage regulator's input voltage can reach 5.5V. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 1.2V as the nominal input voltage. In the particular voltage regulators, the TPS613223 family is represented. At 2V volts, voltage regulator can provide voltage. For switching regulator operation, 5 pins are used.
