TPS61023DRLR Description
TPS61023DRLR is a kind of synchronous boost converter with 0.5-V ultra-low input voltage. It solves the power supply problems for portable equipment and smart devices which are powered by various batteries and supercapacitors. Based on its wide input voltage ranging from 0.5 V to 5.5 V, TPS61023 is capable of deeply discharging the supercapacitor, making it well suited for supercapacitor backup power applications. Moreover, it provides output overvoltage protection, output short circuit protection, and thermal shutdown protection, making it very indestructible.
