TPS56339DDCT Description
TPS56339DDCT belongs to the family of synchronous buck converters with two integrated n-channel MOSFETs, which is designed for safe monotonic start-up into pre-biased loads. Based on AECM (advanced emulated current mode) control, it is able to achieve fast transient response that brings in low voltage drop and fixed frequency, resulting in a better jitter permanence for EMI design. TPS56339DDCT minimizes the external component countd by optimizing the internal loop compensation. Cycle-by-cycle current limit on the high-side prevents it from current overload.
