TPS562200DDCR Description
The TPS562200DDCR is a basic, easy-to-use synchronous step-down (buck) converter with 2 and 3 A outputs in a 6 pin SOT-23 packaging. The TPS562200DDCR is designed to run with the fewest external component counts possible while still achieving a low standby current. It uses D-CAP2 mode control, which provides a quick transient response while also enabling low equivalent series resistance (ESR) output capacitors including specialized polymer and ultra-low ESR ceramic capacitors with no extra compensating components.
