The TPS53513RVER is a synchronous buck converter with an adaptive on-timeD-CAP3 control mode and a small footprint. For space-conscious power systems, the device provides ease of use and a low external component count. This TPS53513RVER converter has integrated MOSFETs with exceptional performance, a 0.5 percent 0.6-V reference, and an inbuilt boost switch. External component count is low, load transient response is fast, auto-skip mode operation is available, internal soft-start control is available, and compensation is not required.
