TPS51610IRHBT Description
The TPS51610IRHBT is a single-phase synchronous buck controller that is completely Intel-compliant and includes integrated gate drivers for use with low-power Intel integrated Graphics solutions in IMVP-6+ generation notebook systems. Fast transient response, the lowest output capacitance, and high efficiency are provided by advanced control features like D-CAP architecture and OSR overshoot reduction. Providing the 5-bit graphics "render" VID is the TPS51610IRHBT DAC. The TPS51610IRHBT offers all IMVP6+ I/O features, including VR TT and PMON. The remaining features of the IMVP6+ include adjustable control of VCORE slew rate and voltage location. The TPS51610IRHBT also comes with two high-current FET gate drivers for low switching loss external N-channel FET driving. The TPS51610IRHBT is rated to operate from -10°C to 105°C and comes in a 5 5, 32-pin QFN.
