TPS51116MPWPREP Description
TPS51116MPWPREP is a type of synchronous buck controller that is able to provide a complete power supply solution for DDR/SSTL-2, DDR2/SSTL-18, DDR3/SSTL-15, and LPDDR3 memory systems. It provides a suite of protection features including thermal shutdown. Because it runs fixed 400-kHz, pseudo-constant frequency PWM with adaptive on-time control, it is capable of delivering ease of use and the fastest transient response or in current mode to support ceramic output capacitors. The TPS51116MPWPREP buck controller is offered in a 20-pin HTSSOP PowerPAD package to offer the lowest total solution cost.
