TPS3808G12DBVRG4 Overview
There are 6 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. Packaging is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). The purpose of this IC management is to provide you with a reference of 1 functions. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. Please find attached SOT-23-6 functions for your reference in this IC power. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. IC management conducts in a 3.3V-voltage supply. When 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. It is possible to subcategorize this power ic as a Power Management Circuits chip. Taking into account all of the pins, this power management has a total of 6. 6 pins are on the supervisor. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 1.65V, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 6.5V volts. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~125°C TJ. There is an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector from this supervisor when it is operating. The power management's supply current is 2.4μA. You can always use TPS3808G12, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer.
